EMBASSY SPLENDID TECHZONE

Embassy Office Parks has partnered with SNP Infrastructure to develop a landmark 30 acre SEZ property strategically located near Vel’s university on the Thoraipakkam-Pallavaram radial road in Chennai. The project will be known as Embassy Splendid TechZone, Chennai.

Phase 1 of the project will be 0.9 million sq.ft. and is expected to be completed by 2018. The SEZ is less than 4 km from the Chennai airport, easily accessible from both OMR and GST roads, and served by the Pallavaram & Velachery railway station. The estimated potential area of the Chennai park, that includes both SEZ and Non-SEZ areas is 4.5 million sq. ft.

UPCOMING PROJECT

Embassy Office Parks has joined hands with Phoenix Group to build an office space strategically located in the Financial district (Gachibowli) of Hyderabad. The total area of the park in Hyderabad will be around 30 acres spread across 3 land parcels – Phoenix Embassy Aquila, Centaurus and Business Hub.

The estimated potential area of the Hyderabad Park that includes both SEZ and Non-SEZ areas is 7 million sq. ft. Phase 1 will be 1.5 million sq.ft. and is expected to be completed by 2019.
