The acquisition of Embassy TechVillage established us as the single largest private business park portfolio. It also placed us at the heart of Bangalore's IT corridor. This commitment to the environment was acknowledged with the park winning the ‘MIPIM Asia Green Building Award’ and the Best Environmental Friendly Commercial Project by Realty Plus Excellence awards in 2014.

We understand the value of time. That’s why we’ve introduced incubation spaces for clients who are waiting for the construction of their office spaces in the park but don’t want to lose any business hours. These spaces are fully fitted and ready to move-in interim office solutions, with all the amenities in place, so that our clients have access to completely furnished working spaces while their offices are being constructed.
